In June 2011, Geneva Software underwent an independent appraisal for the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). This two week-long appraisal resulted in Geneva Software’s software development and management processes being assessed at CMMI Maturity Level 3. To reach this level, we demonstrated that we had defined and institutionalized processes for project management, engineering (analysis, design, implementation, and testing) and process improvement.
